Hi there. I'm Jenni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in giving people a safe place to be vulnerable and encouraging them to identify and express their needs. I believe that you are the expert. My main focus is on improving your self-confidence, insight, and tools to feel confident and prepared to navigate any life circumstance you may be presented with. I take a person-centered approach and offer unconditional positive regard to everyone I work with. I am passionate about helping others and am dedicated to my work. I believe in working hand in hand with others and encouraging them to identify what they need, all on their own. I will offer evidenced-based guidance and suggestions and will be in their corner the whole way through.
I approach goal setting by first completing an initial assessment. This will aid us in the next step, which is creating a formal treatment plan. Within this, we will identify SMART goals that will include 3-5 overall goals and roughly 3 objectives per goal. This will be completed in collaboration with one another.
