I believe that counseling and coaching are an integral part of successful personal development, and committed to facilitating growth in my clients’ personal and professional lives. I provide a supportive environment and partner with my clients so they may better explore the journey of life’s changes. I work with men and women who are in various states of transition, including professional development, individual growth, as well as sorting through the various challenges that life delivers.
I employ an array of counseling techniques that are tailored to meet client’s needs including; examining beliefs that cause behaviors, guided imagery, exploring your spiritual life, and finding understanding and healing. When working with Jennifer you can expect to identify areas for healing and explore the positive intent to your behaviors.
I have worked for over 20 years in the area of human development. I have earned two Master’s of Arts degrees; one in Organizational Psychology and another in Community Counseling. My Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is from California State University, Chico. I am married with two children. She is committed to family, parenting, personal growth issues.
