I became a therapist because I have a passion for helping people make healthy and positive changes in their lives. I believe anyone who feels their journey is leading them down a road of brokenness can find a new beginning and proceed toward wholeness. I specialize in OCD because I believe individuals can find freedom from their mental, emotional, and physical anguish and achieve healing and peace. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of its nuances enables us to accurately diagnose and treat it.
We have received intensive training in ERP (Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy)— the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD Therapy, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preference and availability.
We’ll take the time to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Additionally, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
