In therapy, every part of you is welcome. Together, we can bring curiosity and compassion to your story so you feel less alone and more connected to yourself.
I use Internal Family Systems as my primary approach, helping you get to know and understand your parts with compassion and curiosity. I also integrate ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Together, we will explore what is beneath the surface and find tools that support you in daily life.
