Hi! I'm Jennifer Rappleye, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years experience in behavioral health. I believe that everyone is capable of change and healing. I use a trauma informed, person centered approach to support children, adolescents, and adults in reaching their goals. I am a certified trauma professional and come from a mindfulness based cognitive therapy approach. I utilize accelerated resolution therapy, cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy among others.
I love working with children, adolescents, families, and adults to treat a variety of behavioral and mood disorders. I specialize in helping people move past trauma and create new, healthy and desirable realities that promote wellness and peace.
