I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which is a scientific, evidence-based intervention used to support individuals, couples, and families in understanding how emotions tweak behaviors and how our emotions play a key role in our relationships with others. I help my clients realize their strengths and empower them for change.
