I have been partnering with children, families, and couples for over 8 years to construct healthier stories that redefine the landscape of life. You are not the problem - the problem is the problem.
In addition to narrative therapy, I utilize CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and more to support children, families, and adults. I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma disorders, and parent-child relational issues. My work in community mental health helped me develop an integrative approach.
Additionally, I am excited to combine my diverse clinical skills and lived experience to provide therapy to first responders and their families. First responders face unique challenges as a result of constantly being "on" which can trickle down to impact relationships and mental health. I provide a safe space to process this and other challenges.
