As an employee of Help and Hope Counseling, I have 15 years experience working with individuals and families across all life stages with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment. I'm a 10 year Army veteran familiar with military culture and unique soldier issues. Additionally I have training and experience collaborating with schools and families in educating on ODD, ASD, PTSD and ADHD. Fear holds us back from living.
