Hi! I offer in-person as well as telehealth therapy. I currently have two dogs that I bring to my practice to help my patients to feel comfortable and welcomed. I pride myself on being an honest and an authentic therapist with my patients. I believe people want to get/be in a better place and being honest and authentic allows people to feel comfortable, trusting, and results in positive outcomes in the process of therapy.
I want my people to be successful and reach their goals and am here to help aid them on that journey to amazement, whatever that looks like to them.
My therauputic style is very patient centered, empathic, authentic and direct. I primarily practice and use cognitive behavior therapy modality. However, I also apply may other modalities in my therapy technique. I tailor my therauputic style based on my patients needs and what they will benefit from. I am also trained and practice Christian centered counsel
During the initial appointment I try and treat it as casual as possible. I ask some questions on if you have been in therapy before, and if so what has and has not worked for you in the past.
