I specialize in EMDR and trauma-focused therapy to help the brain fully process unresolved experiences. Many struggles—anxiety, depression, phobias, triggers, and relationship difficulties—are rooted in earlier experiences that the nervous system is still holding onto. My work focuses on addressing those underlying causes so lasting change can occur.

When the brain processes these experiences in a new way, many people begin to notice a real sense of relief and freedom.
