My name is Jennifer Gonzalez. I specialize in a biblical based approach to mental health. I have seen so many people, young and old alike, struggling with their identity and place in this world. Life can be overwhelming. My passion is to help people find their identity in Christ, and also unravel all the things that we experience in this world. I have worked with children, youth, and adults. There is hope!

In my practice, we will evaluate your health on multiple levels. We will look at physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and relational factors. We will seek to find health in each of these areas. I provide CBT therapy, and can integrate faith-based resources if you prefer. I also offer EMDR trauma counseling for grief, anxiety, PTSD, and other issues.
