As a licensed psychologist, I work with children, teens and young adults struggling with issues related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and or difficulty managing big emotions. Many feel overwhelmed at school, worried about the future, or unsure how to even express what they’re experiencing. I also support parents with practical tools and guidance so they can better understand and help their child. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where people can feel safe being themselves and comfortable to express freely.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology to meet each individual and family where they are. Together, we work to build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and learn strategies to manage day to day stressors.
Therapy is a meaningful and personal journey and I deeply value that process. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you, answer questions, and explore how we can work together. Feel free to contact me to discuss your concerns and see if we are a good fit.
