I offer psychotherapy and coaching for individuals and couples. My approach is collaborative, warm, and very interactive, lending itself easily to both short term goal oriented work and long term depth exploration. I believe that therapy should provide useful day to day tools for lasting change. To that end I specialize in helping couples communicate with one another in a manner that is collaborative rather than aggressive. I also offer professional coaching designed to help individuals better their communication skills in interpersonal relationships and the workplace.
Our sessions can take place in person, via Skype, or on the telephone. In this way I am able to work with individuals whose availability is limited by distance, finances, travel or work.
