Most of my clients find me through word-of-mouth referrals. For 26 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I am compassionate, encouraging, and direct, offering a practical approach to therapy. I believe people heal when they can stop performing, put down the pressure to have it all together, and bring their full selves into the room. I am actively engaged in each session, balancing honesty, humor, and genuine connection while supporting lasting change. My approach integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, emotionally focused, trauma-focused, and somatic approaches.

Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together as equals. I specialize in working with women in midlife, life transitions, relationships, family of origin issues, parenting and blended families, self-worth, shame, grief and loss, emotional and sexual intimacy, and building a life that feels meaningful and authentic.

I am passionate about helping people navigate relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, attachment wounds, and the lasting effects of trauma.
