I'm Jen! I have been practicing for over a decade with special training in treating trauma, depression, disassociation, eating disorders, anxiety, and relational stressors. I have specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory for nervous system regulation, and extensive work treating eating disorders using Health at Every Size principles. My goal is to provide education alongside there therapy journey so you are not just processing but building an understanding of how your brain works. I enjoy journeying with clients in healing, celebrating their wins as they discover who they are and who they are becoming.
I am trained in and use EMDR, Internal Family System (IFS), and attachment therapy. I also am trained in polyvagal theory, how your brain, body and nervous system processes events and responses, and the Safe and Sound Protocol method for nervous system and anxiety regulation. I use Health At Every Size in my work with body image and eating disorder therapy.

I work to create a compassionate, calm space where you feel comfortable, safe, and heard as we explore challenges and develop new ways of coping, thinking, and being.
