I use a variety of techniques, depending on the client, their history, and current goals. Every client is different; therefore, we can discuss what approach and frequency of counseling that will best meet your individual needs.
I've worked in private practice and in the public school setting. My experiences include working as a teacher, school counselor, and as a psychotherapist. I am a Certified Trauma Professional as well as an ADHD Certified Professional.
