I work with individuals and couples—queer and straight, monogamous and non-monogamous—who feel the lingering impact of trauma in their relationships. They long for intimacy but find themselves stuck in patterns of disconnection, fear, or emotional guardedness. Grounded in Psychodynamic Therapy, I help clients uncover how past experiences shape present relational dynamics. Together, we explore how protective patterns rooted in early pain or trauma may now limit the closeness they crave. With insight and compassion, we create space for deeper connection, healing, and more authentic relationships.

I work extensively with couples, weaving through the complex nature of relationships, empowering empathy, resilience, and ultimately an authentic connection that transcends each difficult moment that their particular relationship faces.

My primary approach is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, recognizing that therapy is a journey of self-connection and discovery.
