About
I have been working with individuals and families to identify and build on their personal and relational strengths for over 20 years; as both a Parent Educator and as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I utilize a collaborative, systems-based perspective and integrate complementary methodologies to offer a highly personalized approach, tailored to help each client improve their relationship to themselves and others. I specialize in depression, anxiety, addiction/recovery, sexual/emotional abuse, relationship issues and eating disorders.
In addition to working with adults in the individual therapy modality, I have specialized training and extensive experience in marital/couples therapy, family therapy and adolescent and group therapy.
I am recognized as a Minnesota State Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and enjoy working with Graduate Students and Associate level therapists interested in developing and improving their therapeutic skills. I also speak locally on a variety of topics including; Strengthening Relationships, Post-Divorce Adjustment, Parenting, and Addiction and Recovery.
