For over 15 years, I've helped people work through anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach blends talk therapy with body-based practices including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Hakomi, and Craniosacral-informed techniques. I've seen how much of what we carry lives not just in our thoughts, but in our breath, our tension, and our nervous system.
