Holding space for healing trauma and grief! We will work together, in a safe space, to create more stability in your life as you process through the trauma and/or grief that has compounded over the years.
I take a humanistic approach and use trauma informed techniques. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for single-incident, complex trauma, phobias and panic. I often times work with individuals navigating life with parental wounds and developmental trauma.
I understand the challenges that arise in life and meet each client where they are. I utilize empathy and unconditional positive regard to hold the space for forward movement. I try to always bring each session back to the positive to activate my clients strengths.
