I enjoy working closely with individuals to help find the inner wisdom and self-compassion necessary to achieve desired change. Using a a foundation of psychodynamic theory, attachment/developmental theory and relational models, I tailor therapy for each client with the goal of supporting better functioning and wellness.
I am a clinical social worker specializing in support for healing from challenging life transitions, developmental struggles and relationship difficulties. I provide an environment of safety as you connect with your own values and more deeply understand yourself. I believe each person has the capacity for meaningful change and resilience.
I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult choice. Please reach out to me for a free phone consultation and I will help you determine quickly if we could be a good "match". I strongly respect the courage it takes to begin this process.
