Maybe you are thinking about making a change or you are looking to grow. I work with people who are feeling stuck and looking for support for a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and work/life balance issues. I think good therapy helps you to struggle less and to discover things about yourself that you might not have seen on your own. My philosophy in counseling is to help you to create the life you hope for by listening and supporting you in taking steps to create meaningful change.

I am trained in a variety of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, emotionally focused, and mindfulness-based interventions. I also use somatic work to balance emotions in the body. I believe that given attuned support, healing, finding your own solutions to problems, and living with more joy is possible.

People describe me as accepting, warm, and insightful. I welcome people from diverse backgrounds to my practice and I am a LGBTQ+ affirming/knowledgeable therapist.
