In therapy, we slow things down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I am compassionate for what you are feeling but I am also interested in the why. Together, we untangle the patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen your internal foundation so that your relationships and day-to-day life feel more grounded and more at peace. And isn't that the goal? I work with adults, teens and couples.
Sessions with me are calm, open, and thoughtful. We move at your pace. You don’t have to carry all of this alone. My goal is to walk you through whatever you are facing with compassion and insight. With teens, we do lots of engaging activities. I utilize Emotion-Focused, Attachment-Based, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, CBT (as needed) to name a few.
