Life has its up and downs and navigating through it alone can feel isolating but with help from a clinician and support from family and friends you can find ways to cope in a more functional and positive way. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, client centered, culturally sensitive, humanistic, psycho dynamic, multi perspective, and integrative approach. I come from a diverse background which helps me understand many people from various cultures and dynamics. It derives from the realization that each individual's journey is unique.
I try to help by guiding each client through their therapeutic journey with identifying each individuals weaknesses and strength and helping them to explore and conquer their unresolved core issues that maybe causing a barrier in living a fulfilled life. My specialty consists of working with military Veterans, children, aging, and women issues.
