I have been providing therapy for four years. My approach to therapy is a collaboration with my client. Together, we navigate through the issues that bring them to the session, focus on turning individuals inward, identifying strengths, and assisting each person to find his/her natural feelings so individuals may rely on them.
I provide therapy through Mindfulness, Solution Focused, CBT, psycho-education, and Crisis Intervention, and focus on the strengths of each individual. Throughout therapy, I assist clients in finding natural abilities and feelings, as well as assist each individual in being grounded in their health.
The environment of my therapy is comfortable, open, and curious to new ideas. I like to take a collaborative approach to therapy, letting clients know that "we are a team." I am caring and supportive of my clients while also being very honest. While clients are learning, I am learning as well. I am open to changing the direction of therapy at client's needs.
