I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master’s from Wake Forest University. I specialize in working with 12–100 year-olds navigating anxiety, life transitions, and trauma.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in building a relationship that feels safe and genuine. I want you to feel like you can exhale when you walk into the room. I draw from several evidence-based approaches based on your needs and goals such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.
I enjoy connecting with others, exploring new coffee shops and bookstores, swimming, attending live music, going to the gym, and watching documentaries or reality shows.
