I also provide parent coaching if you are a parent of a child, teen or adult struggling with lots of avoidance or worry thoughts.
I have over 30 years experience in evidenced-based modalities such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I'm also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), where I work directly with parents to treat the child or teen's anxiety disorder.
