We can also get stuck in patterns that aren't leading us towards the life we want to build. I am here to help you tap into strengths and skills, and identify and rewire old unhelpful patterns and help you find some new ways to manage stress, difficult emotions, and being human in a challenging world.
I specialize in adults managing stress, anxiety, phobias, trauma, medical trauma, chronic illness, grief and life transitions. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy including but not limited to: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, IFS (informed) and DBT (informed).
