I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in Napa, California. I am a bilingual, (Spanish/English) therapist. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for self-exploration. I will encourage growth by building upon strengths to develop new coping skills that can help alleviate life stressors. I have been working as a therapist since 2014. As a therapist I have supported others with their mental health journey.
I have worked with a diverse population of clients including youth on probation, people struggling with substance use, marginalize minorities, as well as collaborating with clients who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues.
I tailor my treatment approach to the specific needs of each client. However, some of the evidence-base practices I enjoy working with are Dialectical Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative and Solution Focus modalities.
