As a school counselor for 30 years, a licensed mental health counselor for 7 and a mom of two young adults, I understand the challenges of childhood, adolescence and young adulthood. My goal is to help you and/or your child navigate these challenges and find a healthy and happy path forward. Through intentional care and both child and adult focused therapeutic strategies, together we can identify the next best step.
My intention is to allow space for you to tell your story and develop coping strategies to self regulate, build resilience and manage your life circumstances. I practice from a person centered foundation and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) practices, mindfulness and solution focused strategies.
