For the children/families that I support: my goal is to provide a space where you can work with your family to grow together in navigating life’s complexities, including trauma, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, academic pressures, parenting support and relationship dynamics.
I use a wide variety of techniques in working with my clients and draw heavily on attachment theory, internal family systems and the neurosequential model. I also enjoy integrating more free-flowing and creative modalities in therapy like play, sand tray, journaling, storytelling/books and mindfulness.
