Hello! I am Jennifer Oliver, a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor. I have practiced in the field since 2012 where I worked primarily in grief and loss. I then returned to graduate school and began practicing at an advanced level since 2017.
My mission as your therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for processing, goal setting, and skills development to help you achieve your goals. Our sessions will serve as a secure environment for processing thoughts aloud, promoting clarity and healing. Together, we will explore the areas you'd like to improve and set attainable goals to guide you on your journey.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, guilt/shame, or moving forward from past trauma or grief, I can help connect you to the tools that will facilitate healing. My goal is to walk alongside you on this journey by implementing evidence-based approaches towards healing and growth.
