There is continued pressure to feel like we are making progress and moving forward but we remain "stuck" despite will power and the best intentions to change. I believe that through therapy, self-care, and an attempt to truly accept oneself individuals can make progress and positive change within themselves and within their relationships.
I am a LMHC with Master's Degrees in Counseling Psychology and in Education. I have over 20 years of experience with treating individuals with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and low self-esteem.
