I have spent over fifteen years helping individuals and couples to improve their relationships, mood, and overall health and wellness. I use evidence-based interventions such as EMDR, CBT, Attachment theory and Polyvagal theory to help bring about lasting change. I also have specialized training in providing therapy to adoptive and foster families.
