Aloha, I’m Jennifer Cornwell, LMFT, CSAC, SAP, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Substance Abuse Professional based in Aiea, Hawaiʻi, serving clients across Pearl City and Oʻahu through both in-person and telehealth therapy.
Growing up on the rural island of Hawaiʻi, I developed a deep sense of curiosity, exploration, and appreciation for each person’s unique life story. These values continue to shape my approach to therapy today. I believe every individual, couple, and family carries a meaningful story, and my role is to help you better understand, process, and navigate your experiences in a safe, supportive space.
I work with a wide range of concerns and also I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for children, teens, and adults. I also have extensive experience in substance use and addiction counseling and am a credentialed DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for all ages, and I am committed to helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
