I offer Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFST), Cognitive Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to help with trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ specific concerns, psychotic spectrum disorders, and substance abuse issues.
