I work with individuals, couples and families. I believe that we all have the ability to create the relationships and life we desire but sometimes lack the tools we need to get there. I build on healthy communication styles and interactions with others as well as helping individuals build a strong connection to self. When we love ourselves, that love spreads to others. When we forgive ourselves, forgiveness spreads. I believe we all have the potential to heal, grow, forgive and love more fully and in this growth we can begin to thrive.
My focus is on awareness, growth, empowerment and working towards improving one's circumstances so that we are always moving in the direction of healing, happiness and peace. I am trained in "systems" therapy and use this training to explore the meaning we derive about ourselves and others through the relationships we are connected through.
It can be overwhelming when things aren't going well in life but I believe there is always a way to the other side and I am here to help you on that journey. I invite you to move towards building stronger, more fulfilling relationships with others and with yourself.
