My approach is client-centered and eclectic, meaning each person’s care is tailored to their unique needs and shaped by the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe, supportive space while helping clients build self-awareness, self-compassion, confidence, and healthy coping strategies.
I specialize in Brainspotting and Emotionally Focused Therapy and incorporate Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, play therapy, and other somatic, attachment-based approaches. I have experience supporting anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, narcissistic abuse recovery, and complicated grief.
