Whether you are a survivor of abuse or trauma, worried about your child, experiencing a painful loss, or find yourself repeating unwanted behaviors. I understand and am here to help you find your way to the life you want.
There are many useful therapeutic tools and skills I use, that are proven to help process trauma or help alleviate mental health struggles. However, I feel that being able to connect, trust, and be vulnerable with your therapist is the most important. This is why it is my intention to create a sense of safety and connection in my office environment.
All types of relationships can benefit from processing through issues with communication and building healthy patterns. There can be great healing through conflict.
