With 25 years of supervising and clinical experience with children, adults and couples, I am able to quickly attune and help clients feel at ease. My work encompasses dating, intimacy, couples, marriage, and parenting concerns, physical, sexual, and narcissistic abuse, dissociated states, nervous system regulation, and trauma recovery, problems with anxiety, depression, feelings of meaninglessness, true self emergence, college mental health, and treating physicians and mental health professionals.
Additionally, my experience as a university counseling center director, crisis specialist, national presenter, and state board member has prepared me to assist medical professionals and industry leaders with their management, advancement, and life balance concerns.
