My practice focuses on treating anxiety, burnout, and trauma. I work with high achievers who are seeking support in order to show up as grounded and confident in their personal and professional lives. If the weight of stress and worries have you feeling like you can barely keep your head above water, it may be time to work with someone who can help guide you. Your sleep, work, parenting, relationships, and wellbeing may be suffering. I understand and I can help.
I provide holistic and individually tailored therapy to meet your individual needs. At times, I offer direct, solution-oriented strategies to help you find relief. Other times we will dig deeper into the underlying sources of your struggles. My therapeutic approach includes relational therapy, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, EMDR, and “parts work”.
