No two people are alike, and no client is alike. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress, as well as life adjustments, and stress management. I utilize an integrative approach including CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy.
I have late hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I participate in most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. I have a sliding scale fee for those who are uninsured. I provide e-therapy sessions scheduled at your convenience.
