My name is Jennifer "Jenny" Nascimento, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California and working with clients Statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and teenagers 14+ and specialize in anxiety, depression, emotional neglect, and relationships, using an integrative approach to therapy. I collaboratively work with my clients and help them in their progress toward healing and growth. My style and approach work well with adults and teenagers. Challenges in life and life transitions are with us all, no matter your age.
Pressures, transitions, loss, and trauma can come from social experiences, work relations and experiences, one's health, and from home, which often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and relational issues.
