I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals, couples, and children through a wide range of challenges. My areas of focus include domestic violence and abuse, anger management, relationship concerns, divorce, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and self-esteem issues.
I also have specialized training in domestic violence and post-abortive syndrome. Together, we will create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can begin healing and move toward living your life with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Coping with loss can be a painful process and often lead to isolation and loneliness. The grief support group titled "Grief & Loneliness" is now offered at Midwest Center for Hope and Healing. This 6 week group focuses on: Identifying the stages of grief, Acknowledging the anxiety one may experience after a loss, Exploring the impact the loss had on yourself and family, Identifying ways to manage grief using coping strategies and proper self-care. This 6 week group will focuses on: Introducing one to Mindfulness and its effects on the brain, acknowledging one's thoughts and emotions as fluid and moldable instead of rigid and controlling, identifying how to deal with judgments and other difficult times.
