I work with teenagers and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, autism, and grief and loss. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted internally. I support individuals who may struggle with emotional regulation, intrusive thoughts, past trauma, or difficulty coping with life’s stressors and transitions. Whether you’ve been dealing with these challenges for years or are just beginning to notice things feel off, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I help my clients by utilizing a modality of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed, solution-focused, person-centered, and motivational interviewing approaches to build coping skills and lasting change.
