Areas of focus (Individuals & Couples): relationship issues/skills-building, career issues, depression, anxiety, self esteem, eating disorders, women's issues, sexual orientation issues, LGBT issues, life transitions, divorce / break ups, postpartum mood disorders and creativity issues. Specializing in adult children with parents suffering from borderline personality disorder and/or narcissistic personality disorder.
Depending on a client's needs, I offer both longer term therapy or shorter term, solution-focused style therapy. Most of my clients are reimbursed directly for a large portion of their session costs by their insurance /PPO via out-of-network benefits. I can provide you with superbills for this purpose.
