I work virtually in both Missouri and Kansas, with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
