As a therapist, I strive to "hold space" with clients. Holding space for another person is incredibly profound bringing your entire presence to them. You walk along with them without judgment, willing to end up wherever they need to go by giving the energy of our attention to the pain and struggle of another human being. As a ally to a variety of communities, I make it a priority to learn about the complexities and intersections of a persons identity; to honor each person's journey and recognize the privileges I have in sharing such a vulnerable space.
Gender Affirming Care and the LGBTQ+ community is my priority & specialty. I can provide letters for HRT and surgeries. I am an active member of WPATH. I practice EMDR, DBT, and TF-CBT. I'm an Acute-Detox Specialist with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association & can provide ear acupuncture treatment as a compliment service to psychotherapy.
