I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist- Prenatal (CCTS-P), and Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI). I enjoy helping people overcome challenges and working towards being “unstuck”.
Through the counseling process I assist clients in finding a sense of peace, offer a safe environment to explore new emotions, and work towards healthy self-beliefs and increased self-care.
