I specialize in relationship counseling and I want to help you feel more connected to the important people in your life. You do not need to be married to benefit from relationship counseling, and I am happy to work with you where you are in your relationship. I tend to work from an emotionally focused and experiential perspective, which means that I want to help you and your partner create an experience in which you can both feel seen, heard, and more connected.

My hope is that you experience my style as warm, inviting, and supportive. I am affirming and knowledgeable about LGBTQIA+ relationships. I welcome people in non-traditional relationships and I am sex-positive. I love working with many different kinds of people, and I value safety and inclusiveness in my practice.
